Works with your current number
You do not give up your phone number and you do not have to reprint anything. Here is exactly how it fits with the line you already use.
You keep your number
Your existing business line stays exactly where it is, with your current carrier. It stays on your Google listing, your signage, your menus. We never take it over, and customers keep dialing the number they already know.
You get a separate AI line
When you sign up we provision a new dedicated phone number for the AI. That is the number the assistant answers on. Your main line is untouched.
You forward your line to it (optional, recommended)

Do I keep my phone number?

Nothing changes for your customers, they just always get an answer.
Will it work with my current phone system?
Almost certainly, yes. We do not replace or plug into your phone system. We give you a separate AI phone line and you forward your existing line to it, so it works with virtually any setup: a plain landline, a cell phone, or a VoIP / PBX system (RingCentral, Vonage, Ooma, 8x8, Grasshopper, Google Voice, Spectrum and Comcast Business, AT&T, Verizon, and more).
